Pod Necklace

The seed pod is made from a thick chunk of recycled sterling silver. The pod was carved in wax and cast in recycled silver using the sand casting method. The nature of sand casting is that every piece is somewhat unique. The pod retains its slightly rough sand-cast texture. The seed is a 3mm flush set cubic zirconia stone. The pod hangs on a sterling silver chain like a bead.

Pendant is 3/4" long and is on a 17.5 inch chain. Round CZ stone is 3mm across.
